Dilast Tool & Die provides a 5-axis laser cutting service that is capable of cutting three-dimensional shapes. It is a viable way to replace drilling or milling operations for components with tight tolerances.

5-Axis Laser Cutting Simplified

Our 5-axis laser cutting system simplifies the processing of 3D workpieces to perform any number of cutting tasks. We can work with envelopes ranging in size from 51" x 51" to 110" x 169" with up to 787"/min speed feed rate.
